About our Branch
The Global Research and Consulting (GRC) Group is an internationally-oriented educational non-profit with an expansive network of students from universities all over the world. Our mission is to drive global social impact change and empower students to become responsible future leaders, and we have completed over 60 projects with past clients including UNESCO, World Bank, Wikipedia, Oxfam, WWF, and many more.
GRC Wharton was founded in 2016 as Penn Global Research and Consulting, dedicated to bringing diverse, global perspectives to the consulting climate at the University of Pennsylvania. Penn GRC later changed its affiliation to The Wharton School to expand the opportunities available to its members.
In 2019, GRC Wharton expanded its reach by becoming the founding branch of the Global Research and Consulting Group, opening branches at Harvard University, Columbia University, the London School of Economics, and Northwestern Kellogg the same year. Today, GRC Wharton is an independent branch of the GRC Group and is still committed to its values of diversity, inclusion, and excellence in empowering global NGO leaders and sustainable entrepreneurs.
