The GRC Pre-Collegiate Fellowship is a year-long program for current GRC High-School branch leaders and students who want to become leaders. Fellows join a cohort of 20–25 students from GRC branches around the world and build the skills they need to run strong branches and take on real research and consulting work.

What fellows do

1. Attend weekly 60-minute virtual sessions led by members of GRC Group's Global Management Team, starting in late October

2. Learn practical skills in leadership, research, and consulting

3. Build professional and career-ready skills

4. Connect with motivated peers in the GRC network and share what's working at their branches

5. Apply what they learn directly to their own branches throughout the year

Who should apply

Any high school student involved in GRC who currently leads a branch or hopes to lead one. No prior consulting experience is needed. We're looking for curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to showing up each week.

Complete the application by October 25, 2026, 23:59 (11:59PM) ET.  Decisions will be sent by October 30.
