Arc Thrift Stores is a Colorado-based thrift store that is one of the state's largest employers of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Additionally, the proceeds of the stores are distributed to disability advocacy groups—so far, over $91M have been donated. They've also distributed over $400M in payroll and benefits as well as coordinated 1.1B pounds of recycle.
