About
In this module, Nick and Michael, co-chairmen of GRC, provide a comprehensive overview of the Global Research and Consulting Group (GRC), a nonprofit organization founded in 2016 at the University of Pennsylvania. The session explores GRC’s mission to support social impact leaders through high-quality consulting and research. With over 1,000 members worldwide, GRC operates through a structured leadership framework that includes a board of directors, a global management team, branch presidents, and consultant teams. This module covers the fundamental aspects of client engagements, teamwork, project management, and data analysis, emphasizing the role of structured planning and coordination in delivering impactful solutions. Participants will gain insights into how a typical GRC case, lasting 10-14 weeks, is managed from start to finish. The module also highlights GRC’s core values of community, lifelong learning, and social impact, encouraging members to stay engaged and leverage the organization’s resources for professional and personal development.
