ABOUT
The Northeastern University GRC chapter was established in January 2021. We strive to create an experiential learning environment where students from all majors and backgrounds can develop consulting / research skills and have a positive and effective impact on global non-profits. We have completed a total of nine projects with non-profits from Uganda, Israel, Spain, Mozambique and the United States. Our highly experienced set of students have over thirty years of combined working experience.

EXECUTIVE BOARD

Juan Rodriguez-Calvet
Co-Founder
Juan is studying International Business with a concentration in Finance and Strategy. He is passionate about using data, evidence and reasoning to determine the most effective ways to help non-profit organizations and those in need. His professional experience includes working in long-term advisory roles at BCG, PwC, Inspiralia Group and the Spanish Consulate. As an Honors Propel Grant recipient he received over $2,000 to fund the chapter’s growth and future endeavors. In his free time, Juan enjoys playing soccer and reading philosophy.

Andrew Browne
Co-Founder & Co-President
Andrew is studying Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He is passionate about helping others, having participated in numerous volunteering and professional development programs in Brazil, Argentina, Uganda and in his home state of New York. He completed his first six-month co-op at Merrill Lynch and is currently completing his final co-op as an Investment Analyst at Magnetic Ventures, a Venture Capital firm based in San Francisco. Outside Northeastern Andrew is a competitive basketball player and loves to cook popular Argentinian and Korean dishes.

Jacqueline Sauer
Co-President
Jackie is a Business Administration student concentrating in Entrepreneurship & New Venture Management and minoring in Consulting. She is currently completing her final co-op on the Principal Investors and Private Equity team at Boston Consulting Group. Prior to this, she completed co-ops at LEK Consulting as a Case Team Assistant and Wayfair as an E-Commerce Strategist. In her free time, she enjoys running, cycling, cooking, and traveling.

Floris Hoojikaas
VP of Consulting
Floris is studying international Business with a concentration in Finance at Northeastern University, and has spent a year at The London School of Economics studying economics and management. His international upbringing and experiences from working at Deloitte brings different skills and unique perspectives to the table. In his free time, Floris enjoys running, cycling and reading.

Mollie Harmon
VP of Insights
Mollie is studying Behavioral Neuroscience with a minor in Business Administration. She completed her first co-op at Harvard Medical School where she was involved in neuro-immunology research and will be completing her second co-op this fall at LEK. On campus, she is also involved as a Health Equity Intern, where she studies the effects of environment on mental and physical health of communities surrounding Boston. In her free time, Mollie enjoys traveling, reading, and playing intramurals.

Andrea Murcia
VP of Operations
Andrea is studying Business Administration and Political Science with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. She completed her first co-op at State Street, where she worked on data analytics. Andrea started a business that offers companies logistics services for recyclable materials. Andrea is part of the Equestrian Team at Northeastern. In her free time, she enjoys reading, running and practicing yoga.
