About our Chapter
The Global Research and Consulting (GRC) Group is an internationally-oriented educational non-profit with an expansive network of students from universities all over the world. Our mission is to drive global social impact change and empower students to become responsible future leaders, and we have completed over 60 projects with past clients including UNESCO, World Bank, Wikipedia, Oxfam, WWF, and many more.
As a part of the GRC, you become part of a powerful and growing network of current students and alumni who have gone on to work at McKinsey, BCG, and Bain in the consulting sphere, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley in the financial services industry, Silverlake, Bain Capital, and Point72 on the buy-side, as well as at the United Nations and various social impact non-profits.
Columbia Global Research and Consulting (GRC) is Columbia University’s premier and largest undergraduate consulting club. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, Columbia GRC proves successful and strategic advisory to a variety of client organizations. Through training events, networking sessions, and real-life exposure, GRC has seen past alumni members successfully move onto professional industries including management consulting and financial services.

James Lee

James Lee is a junior at Columbia College studying Economics. His professional interests include investment banking and consulting, with his past experiences including roles at Bain, EY-Parthenon, and in the military as an active duty service member.
